You are responsible for applicable taxes
Subscription services (if any) automatically renew unless canceled in accordance with platform rules

Refunds are handled by the platform provider unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Virtual Items

The Game may include virtual currency, items, or services (“Virtual Items”).

You acknowledge that:

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold
They have no real-world monetary value
They are non-transferable

All purchases are final except where required by applicable law or platform policies.

We may modify, manage, or remove Virtual Items at any time without liability.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use cheats, bots, automation, or unauthorized tools
Harass or abuse other users
Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content
Disrupt or interfere with the Game or servers

We may investigate violations and take enforcement action, including suspension or termination.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

If you submit content, you retain ownership but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use it in connection with the Game.

You represent that your content does not infringe third-party rights.

We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Game are owned by Hijoy Games or its licensors.

You do not acquire ownership rights through use of the Game.

9. Updates and Availability

We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available or error-free.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access:

For breach of these Terms
For security or legal reasons
Upon reasonable notice where feasible

You may stop using the Game at any time.

11. Disclaimer

THE GAME IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for:

Death or personal injury caused by negligence
Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
Any liability that cannot be excluded by law

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from:

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Singapore under applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws.

You may have rights to bring claims in your local jurisdiction where required by law.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

16. Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
